Nicolai Bergmann NOMU has launched a limited seasonal menu to celebrate the Valentine’s season. Please enjoy sweet moments in our cafe, while being surrounded by flowers with our new line-up of food and drinks.

[NOMU aoyama] Strawberry Chocolate Smoothie

January 19th – March 31st

A mix of strawberries and raspberries with a hint of cinnamon make up for a deep and rich flavor to this chocolate smoothie. In addition to roasted cashews which add a crunchy texture, please enjoy the change in flavor by mixing the chocolate sauce and homemade chocolate chips to your liking.

January 19th – March 31st

Mixed greens with an addition of kale and Castelfranco, topped with lemon marinated chicken made with Daisen chicken. The balsamic and mixed fruits dressing adds a sweet and tangy mix of flavors to this hearty salad.

[NOMU aoyama] Brownie Cake

January 23th – March 14th

NOMU’s Valentine Brownie Cake is now available with a rich dough made with Guayas chocolate from “Summerbird ORGANIC”, a 100% organic chocolate brand from Denmark, mixed with walnuts and cranberries soaked in Hennessy cognac. The Aoyama limited version is topped with sweet meringue adding a nice balance to the dessert mixing sweet and rich aroma and texture.
