Nicolai Bergmann Hakone Gardens is pleased to announce the launch of a limited edition stay experience in collaboration with KANAYA RESORT HAKONE from March 1 (Fri.) – March 3 (Sun.).
Nicolai Bergmann, floral artist and founder of Nicolai Bergmann Hakone Gardens, will create a floral installation incorporating plants grown in the garden and seasonal spring flowers to create a gorgeous space and time from the hotel to the cuisine.
The menu is inspired by the flower box created by Nicolai Bergmann. Chef Atsushi Masui has added his own floral designs to the dishes, making the most of locally produced and consumed ingredients with a sense of style and care that only KANAYA RESORT HAKONE can offer.
