Renowned Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa, whose NOBU restaurants and hotels span the globe and who was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays in autumn 2024, will reunite for the first time in eight years with flower artist Nicolai Bergmann, known for creating the iconic flower box arrangement and celebrated worldwide from his base in Tokyo.
This long-awaited collaboration dinner will take place on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at NOBU Tokyo.
Since their first collaboration in 2017, this marks the second time these two master craftsmen will come together for a one-night-only event where Chef Matsuhisa’s specially curated menu and Nicolai Bergmann’s floral designs will intertwine. Guests are invited to savor a fleeting, seasonal experience — where exquisite cuisine meets breathtaking floral artistry for a singular, unforgettable evening.

Both Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Nicolai Bergmann will be present to personally greet guests at each table, creating an intimate and memorable experience.
We warmly welcome you to be part of this exceptional evening of craftsmanship and collaboration.
