Starting June 2 (Mon), Nicolai Bergmann NOMU aoyama introduces a refreshing seasonal food and drink menu to celebrate the arrival of summer.
Highlighting the lineup is the Fresh Summer Salad with Herbs, a vibrant and colorful dish topped with an abundance of fresh seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs, finished with fragrant fennel and balsamic vinegar. Also featured is the Rhubarb Yogurt Smoothie, a delightful blend of tart rhubarb and the gentle sweetness of peach and banana—a perfectly balanced summer drink.

A colorful medley of roasted eggplant, pumpkin, and other summer vegetables, topped with aromatic herbs, roasted pine nuts, and pecans. This refreshing salad is accented with creamy ricotta cheese, celery oil, and a light balsamic dressing—making it the perfect dish for a hot summer day.
