Nicolaibergmann Nomu x Summerbird Organic Japan” is a collaboration parfait with Summerbird Organic ice cream, chocolate panna cotta and apricot jelly. It has a refreshing sweet and sour taste and will be available for the summer season only.
The parfait is served with a chocolate sauce and raspberry sauce.
Seasonal sweets such as an orange caramel tart and orange cake will also be available.
