Starting Thursday, January 16, 2025, Nicolai Bergmann NOMU will introduce a new selection of food and drinks.
At NOMU Aoyama, we are launching a delightful winter menu under the theme “Delicious Winter”, featuring satisfying and comforting seasonal dishes.

Enjoy our “Raclette Salad”, where melted signature cheese sauce is drizzled over potatoes, sausages, and a colorful assortment of vegetables. Indulge in the “Baked Chocolate Cheesecake with Anglaise Sauce”, a visually appealing treat where you pour the anglaise sauce yourself. We are also introducing the “Beet Chocolate Smoothie”, a beautifully vibrant drink made with beets, raspberries, and coconut milk.




Another highlight is the “Strawberry Oat Milk Espresso”, a charming drink featuring aromatic espresso and creamy oat milk, topped with our homemade strawberry compote and finely chopped chocolate. The perfect blend of sweet and tart strawberries with the rich texture of chocolate creates a sophisticated yet playful drink. Available in both hot and iced versions, the iced version lets you enjoy the mesmerizing moment when the strawberry mixes into the drink.

Additionally, we are offering the “Kumquat Earl Grey Milk Tea”, made with the fragrant Earl Grey tea from Denmark’s royal purveyor A.C. Perch’s, topped with a rich and silky fresh cream foam and candied kumquat peel. The elegant presentation and gentle sweetness of the kumquat syrup will bring you a relaxing and heartwarming experience.
