Nicolai Bergmann collaborated with renowned restaurant NOBU Tokyo for an exclusive dining event to celebrate the restaurant’s 10th anniversary in Tokyo. Floral decorations were exquisitely designed to match each dish by the flower artist himself, reflecting the beauty of Japanese aesthetics to detail and precision that both his flower work and Nobu both share. A bewildering number of 30,000 flowers were used for this one day event, including all 600 dishes, centerpieces and installations throughout the restaurant.
